摘要
本研究针对Fe2O3-Al体系,采用正交试验法研究了复合添加剂中各组分(SiO2,CaF2,CaO,TiO2)对SHS离心法制备陶瓷内衬钢管性能的影响,并对陶瓷层的组织进行了分析。结果表明复合添加剂中SiO2对于陶瓷层的致密化和压溃强度影响程度最高,TiO2对内衬钢管的压剪强度影响程度最高。通过X射线衍射分析,扫描电镜及能谱分析对陶瓷层进行研究。结果显示,陶瓷层主要由Al2O3,FeAl2O4两相组成,Al2O3呈条状分布,少量钙、钛元素固溶于Al2O3和FeAl2O4中。
Compound additives were added into the system of Al-Fe2O3. Four component's effects on the properties of ceramic lined composite pipe made by centrifugal-SHS process were studied by orthogonal test. The effects of additives on the synthesis process and the microstructure of the ceramic layer are investigated. It's showed that compared with other components, the SiO2 is the most powerful in improving the density of ceramic coating and the composite pipe's radial crushing strength and the TiO2 can increase the compressive shear strength of the composite pipes. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy depresive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to study the structure of the coating. The study showed that the phase of the ceramic layer is mainly composed of Al2O3 and FeAl2O4. The Al2O3 grain is lath shape and some Ca and Ti dissolved in the Al2O3 and FeAl2O4.
