摘要
基于硫酸介质中,间苯二酚对Fe(Ⅲ)催化KIO4氧化棉红褪色反应的抑制作用,建立了一种测定痕量间苯二酚的新方法,并研究了反应的最佳条件和动力学参数.该方法测定的线性范围为0.02~1.20mg/L,可用于水样中间苯二酚的测定.
A new inhibition kinetic spectrophtometric method for determination of Trace resorcinol was proposed. It is based on the inhibitory effect of resoreinol on the discoloration reaction between KIO4 and cotton red catalyzed by Fe( Ⅲ ) in dilute sulfuric acid solution. The optimum conditions and the kinetic parameters of this reaction were studied. The linear range of determination is 0.02 ~ 1.20 mg/L for resoreinol. The method was applied to the determination of resoreinol in water.
