摘要
本文介绍了一种成本低廉、操作方便的ICP光谱分析用超声雾化器,其检测限比气动雾化器低得多,且能用于含盐量较高的样品的直接分析。
This paper describes an ultrasonic nebulizer used for ICP-AES which is inexpensive and can be operated conveniently. The detection limit for many elements using the ultrasonic nebulizer is much lower than that using the aerodynamic nebulizer. The ultrasonic nebulizer can be used for the samples that contain high salt quantities.
