摘要
医用超声雾化器改装后作为ICP-AES的进样装置。在高频功率3.8×0.80kW,载气流量0.80L·min(-1),观察高度1.0cm的折衷条件下,测定了27种元素的检出限,15种稀土元素中Dy、Eu、Ho、Y和Yb的检出限低于1μg·L(-1)。
This paper reports a refitted ultrasonic nebulizer used as sample introduction for inductively coupled plasma--atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). We deal with the experimental selection of conditions under which ICP can be operated so as to achiev.e a good compromise for simultaneous multi-elements analysis. With the experimental facilities employed, such conditions were found at a power of 3.8 × 0. 80kW, a carrier gas flow of 0. 80L. min-1 and an observation height of 1. 0 cm. Under the compromise conditions we determined the detection limits of 27 elements. The detection limits were found below 1 μg. L-1 for Dy、 Eu、 Ho、 Y and Yb out of the 15 rare-earth elements.
