摘要
本文用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)建立健康幼儿尿中有机酸的正常代谢特征值,并检测出一例高乳酸尿症。同时探讨了用羊水进行有机酸尿症早期临床诊断的应用前景。
Urine samples of 12 children from 0.4 to 1.4 years old are investigated by means of GC/MS on SE-30 glass capillary column. Urine samples are successively extracted with ethyl acetate and the acid mixtures obtained undergo oximation and trimethylsilyation by a reagent mixture of BSA:TMCS:Pyridine=10:1:1. 36 organic acids are identified, quantification of 17 acids is made by using malonic acid as the internal standard. The urine of a patient who has been affected with renal tubular aciduria is analyzed. The concentration of lactic acid is nearly 14 times as high as that of nermal children. Maybe she also suffers from lactic aciduria. Samples of amniotic fluid of two women in delivery are also studied.
