妊娠高血压综合征患者红细胞膜成分测定

摘要 用全自动生化分析仪、气相色谱等方法测定了轻度、中度和重度妊娠高血压综合征患者、正常孕妇、正常已婚未孕妇女红细胞膜胆固醇、磷脂和脂肪酸的含量,其中轻度、中度、重度妊娠高血压综合征分别为15例、11例、10例,正常孕妇、已婚未孕妇女分别为24例、22例。结果:中度、重度妊娠高血压综合征组红细胞膜的胆固醇、胆固醇磷脂比值较正常妊娠组、正常已婚未孕组明显增高(P<001),轻度妊娠高血压综合征、正常妊娠组、正常已婚未孕组红细胞膜的胆固醇、胆固醇磷脂比值无显著性差异(P>005)。 To investigate whether the change of erythrocyte membrane lipid composition (EMLC) is related to the hypertensive state of pregnacy,the contents of cholsterol,phospholipid and fatty acids of erythrocyte membrane were measured by automatic biological analyser and GC in 15 cases of mild,11 of moderate and 10 of severe pregnancy induced hypertention (PIH),24 cases of normotensive nonpregnant nulliparous women,and 22 cases of normotensive pregnant women.The results showed that the contents of cholsterol in erythrocyte membranes and cholesterol/phospholipid (C/P) of groups of moderate and severe PIH were significantly higher than those of normotensive pregnant and normotensive nonpregnant nulliparous groups ( P <0.01),but not of mild PIH group.Findings suggested that the change of EMLC may be closely related to the cause of PIH
