摘要
目的：观察醒脑静注射液联合纳洛酮注射液治疗酒厥（急性重度酒精中毒）的疗效。方法：将158倒患者随机分为三组（醒脑静组，纳洛酮组，两者联合组），三组均给予常规治疗，观察平均催醒时间等指标。结果：两者联合组平均催醒时间短于单药组（P〈0．05）结论：醒脑静注射液联合纳洛酮注射液治疗酒厥（急性重度酒精中毒）能够明显缩短症状消失时间和催醒时间，疗效好，副作用小。
Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy Of treatment for acute alcoholism by combining Naloxone＇ （NLX）and Xingnaojing （XNJ）. Meth-odology：To split 158 patients randomly as three groups, which are：group Ⅰ for XNJ treatment, group Ⅱ for NLX treatment, and group Ⅲ for combined treatment. Each group of patients are treated by conventional therapy and observing and recording average recovery time for comparison. Result .. The av-erage recovery times of targeted group Ⅲ are quicker than single medicine treatment group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ; Treatment of acute al- coholism by combining Naloxone （NLX）and Xingnaojing （XNJ）can shortern the time of recovery obviously and no prominence side effect.
