摘要
师资问题一直都是普通高校存在的普遍问题。本文对影响常州市普通高校体育师资建设的几个主要问题进行阐述与分析,并针对问题提出相应的对策和建议,旨在进一步加强与完善常州市普通高校体育师资的建设,以适应现代高校发展的要求。
College faculty problems that have been common problems.In this paper,affecting university PE teacher Changzhou construction of several major issues described and analyzed,and the issues raised against the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions aimed at further strengthening and improvement of university PE teacher in Changzhou City,the building in order to adapt to the modern university development requirements.
