摘要
通过对普通高校体育教师人力资源的现状分析,对体育教师应具备的基本素质结构进行了探讨,并就开发和管理普通高校体育教师人力资源提出了具有针对性的建议.
This article, based on analyzing the present situation and problems of the physical human resource in partial common institutes, studied the constituents of the basic quality for PE teachers of the 21st century, and put forward a directional countermeasures for developing physical human resource.
