摘要
高职院校承担着为整个社会输送拥有专业技能的高素质人才的重任。根据高等职业院校以就业为导向,以技能为驱动的办学理念,怎样才能将高职生培养成拥有技能与专业素质的"双料"人才,怎样才能有效提高学生上岗工作的技能,成为高等职业院校关注的核心问题。本文结合高职院校工作经验,分析高职院校技能大赛工程造价竞赛对教学与就业两方面的作用。
Vocational society bears the task of transport of highly qualified personnel with professional skills to the whole society.According vocational college employment-oriented,skills-driven educational philosophy,how can develop students＇ vocational skills and professional qualities as ＂double＂ talent,how to effectively improve students＇ posts work skills,has become vocational colleges＇ core concerns.In this paper,combined with vocational college work experience,analyze the role of vocational college project skills competition project cost competition to teaching and employment two aspects.
