microRNA在肺癌早期诊断及预后中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是基因表达的重要调节因子,其参与人体多种生理过程,以保证人体细胞的各种生命活动的动态平衡。研究表明,miRNA参与肿瘤的病理生理过程。miRNA已成为癌症研究领域的热点。miRNA作为癌组织及患者体液中的特殊肿瘤标记在肿瘤的早期诊断及预后判断中具有重要价值。该文简要回顾miRNA与肺癌相关性研究,并对miRNA作为特殊的肿瘤标志物在肺癌的早期诊断、预后中的应用进行综合分析。
