摘要
目的:目前临床上中医治疗性早熟取得了一定的疗效,本文对早熟2号治疗女童阴虚火旺夹食积型真性性早熟(ICPP)的疗效观察。研究方法:将2008年7月—12010年2月期间我院性早熟门就诊符合阴虚火旺夹食积型ICPP女童,根据随机进行分组,以早熟2号治疗的60例为治疗组,用达菲林治疗的30例为对照组。观察中医症候、身高、骨龄、生长激素、子宫卵巢容积等的变化,疗程6个月。对各观察指标进行组内及组间比较。结果:①总体疗效比较:早熟2号治疗阴虚火旺夹食积型ICPP有较好的疗效,总有效率为81.8%,与达菲林比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。中医证候疗效比较:早熟2号治疗能有效改善阴虚火旺夹食积型ICPP女童的中医症状,中医证候疗效总有效率为89.1%,优于达菲林(P<0.05)。②早熟2号BA/CA明显下降(P<0.05),但效果差于达菲林(P<0.05)。③早熟2号治疗后对生长激素类无明显抑制IGF-1、BP3(P<0.05),无抑制生长速率作用。④早熟2号治疗后子宫、卵巢容积及卵泡直径与治疗前比略增大增,但无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:早熟2号能够有效治疗女童阴虚火旺夹食积型ICPP,明显改善中医症状,在能够延缓骨龄成熟的同时无抑制身高作用。
Objective ： To present clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine has made some early efficacy, this ar- ticle observes the clinical effects of Prematurity Second Granules treating precocious girl with idiopathic central precocious puberty （ ICPP ） with dyspepsia. Methods ： ICPP girls with dyspepsia from July 2008 to February 2010 in our hospital were selected. According to the different treatments,60 cases treated with Prematurity Second Granules were the treatment and 30 cases treated with diphereline was the control group. TCM symptoms and signs,height, bone age, growth,ovarian vol- ume of the uterus were observed and the treatment course was 6 months. Indicators of the observation group and control group were compared. Results ： The overall effect of comparison ： Prematurity Second Granules had better efficacy, the total effective rate was 81.8%. Compared with the inhibition by diphereline there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Comparative efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes： Prematurity Second Granules can be effective in impro- ving TCM symptoms of ICPP girls andthe total effective rate was 89.1% , better than diphereline （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Prematurity Second Granules 2 BA / CA was decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the result was worse than diphereline （ P 〈 0. 05 ） There was no obvious inhibition precocious effect on growth factor IGF - 1 or BP3 by Prematurity Second Granules （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the treatment was non - inhibitory role of growth rate. After treatment of Prematurity Second Granules, uterine and ovarian volume and follicular diameter were increased a little than that before treatment, but there was no sig- nificant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Prematurity Second Granules can be effective on treating the ICPP of Yin de- ficiency and fire excess with dyspepsia type, improving TCM symptoms, delaying bone age to mature at the same time with- out suppression of height.
