摘要
目的:观察早熟3号颗粒治疗女童特发性真性性早熟(阴虚火旺型)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将100例中医证属阴虚火旺的特发性真性性早熟患儿随机分为两组,治疗组50例,对照组50例,治疗组口服早熟3号颗粒,对照组皮下注射抑那通,治疗6个月后,观察两组的临床疗效、症状、体征改善情况,以及性激素(FSH、LH、E2)、子宫、卵巢容积和骨龄、身高增长等情况的变化。结果:早熟3号颗粒总有效率为82.0%,抑那通总有效率为88.0%,两组在治疗效果上无显著差异(P>0.05);两组对临床症状及体征均有不同程度改善,阴虚火旺证有关症状的改善治疗组明显优于对照组。治疗组治疗后子宫卵巢容积无显著变化(P>0.05),血清FSH、LH无显著变化(P>0.05),E2有显著下降(P<0.05);对照组治疗后子宫卵巢容积缩小,血清FSH、LH、E2降低,与治疗前有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后两组骨龄增速均得到改善,与治疗前相比有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗6个月后,治疗组身高增长显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组骨龄与身高龄差值都较治疗前减小,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间未见明显不良反应。结论:早熟3号颗粒对女童特发性真性性早熟有确切疗效。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of zaoshu granule 3 on hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type sexual precocity of female children and its safety.Methods:100 cases of female children with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type sexual precocity were divided into two groups randomly,treated group and control group,each group contained 50 cases,treated group was given zaoshu granule 3,control was injected enantone,treatment course was 6 months,meanwhile observing the curative effects of the two groups,improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,determining FSH,LH and E2 levels,uterus and ovary volume,bone age and body height.Results:The total effective rate of zaoshu granule 3 was 82.0%,that of control group was 88.0%,there was no obvious difference between the two groups.The significance effective rate of syndrome in TCM of zaosu granule 3 was 72.0%,total effective rate was 88.0%;those of control group were respectively 36.0% and 66.0%;the effect of treated group was better than that of control(P<0.05).there were no obvious changes on the uterus and ovary volume of treated group rats and serum FSH and LH levels,the E2 level was lowered significantly ;the uterus and ovary volume of control group were reduced,serum FSH,LH and E2 levels of treated group were obviously lowered,there were obvious difference between before and after treated.The difference of bone age and body height was decreased in the two groups,the effect of treated group was better than that of control.There was no obvious adverse reaction in treated group.Conclusion:Zaoshu granule 3 can effectively treated hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type sexual precocity of female children.
