摘要
目的:探讨真武汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠尿蛋白及肾组织IL-6、TGF-β_1浓度的影响。方法:尾静脉注射法建立阿霉素肾病模型。将SD大鼠分为正常对照组、阿霉素肾病模型组、中药对照组、真武汤治疗组。治疗10 d,20 d后检测24尿量、尿蛋白、体重、肾重指数、肾组织IL-6、TGF-β_1水平。结果:模型组动物24 h尿蛋白、肾重指数、IL-6、TGF-β_1水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),而体重和24 h尿量低于正常组。真武汤治疗后,上述指标有一定逆转(P<0.05)。结论:真武汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠有明显治疗作用,可能与降低炎细胞因子IL-6和TGF-β_1的水平有关。
Objective ： To discuss the effect of Zhenwu Decoction on treating Adriamycin - induced nephrosis in rats and observe the changes of IL- 6, TGF-β1levels. Method：The SD rats were divided into normal control group, Adriamycin -induced nephrosis group, control group, Zhenwu Decoction group. 10 days and 20 days after treatment, the 24 h uri- nary volume and urine protein, body weight, kidney weight index and the tissue levels of IL- 6, TGF- β1 were tested.Results ：The animals＇ 24 h urine protein, kidney weight index, IL -6 and TGF - β1 levels were higher than those in nom- al control group（P 〈0.05）, and the body weight, 24 h urinary volume were less than those in nomal group after the model succeeded. After treated with Zhenwu Decoction, the data was to some extent reversed （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： It has obvious effect that Zhenwu Decoction can treat Adriamycin - induced nephrosis in rats, this maybe have relation with the dicrease of IL - 6 and TGF - β1 levels.
