摘要
近年来,国内外食品安全问题事件频发,引发了人们对农产品质量和安全的担忧。通过对江苏省葡萄专业农户的调查,运用二元逻辑回归(Binary Logistic Regression)分析了影响农户提供安全农产品的关键因素。研究结果表明,葡萄生产农户种植成本、家庭葡萄收入比重以及是否参加葡萄专业合作社对于他们提供安全农产品有显著影响,并据此提出相关政策建议。
In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the safety and quality of agricultural products due to many domestic and foreign food safety scandals, This article analyzed the critical factors affecting the farmers＇ supply of safe grapes with Binary Logistic Regression based on a survey conducted in Jiangsu province. The result showed that the cost of grape production, the proportion of grape income, and the membership of farmer＇ s professional cooperatives had significant positive impacts on the farmers＇ supply of safe and high quality grapes. The paper ended with several policy recommendations.
