摘要
利用葡萄糖与邻硝基苯酚的氧化还原反应,生成葡萄糖酸和邻氨基苯酚,结合丙三醇在硫酸的作用下生成8-羟基喹啉,增加了荧光强度。定性的对葡萄糖进行了荧光分析的测定。提出了一种快速、简捷、灵敏度比较高的测定葡萄糖的新方法。方法的线性范围为8~100μg/L,检测限为4μg/L,结果满意。
The paper used the oxidation-reduction reaction of glucose with o-nitrophenol, the reaction can produce gluconic and o-aminophenol, then o-aminophenol reacts with glycerol under the system of sulfuric acid, the result was 8-hydroxyquinoline. The effects of fluorescent reaction can be effects at the same time. It also can be used to determinate glucose. This new method was quick, cheap and easily arailable. The linear range of determined was 8-100 μg/L and a detection limit of 4 μg/L The result was satisfactory.
