摘要
针对某企业车间管理与控制的功能需求,分析了集成环境下车间管理与控制系统的信息流程,建立了基于Web Services的体系结构和功能结构,开发了网络环境下车间管理与控制信息系统,实现了车间内数据信息的共享与集成;重点阐述了车间管理与控制系统的数据库设计和功能实现。通过实际的推广使用证实本系统能大大提高车间管理的效率,提升制造企业的市场竞争能力,具有较高的推广和应用价值。
Aiming at the functional requirements of the workshop management and control in an enterprise, this paper analyzes the information flow of workshop management and control system in integrated environment, establishes the system and function struc- ture based on web services,develops the workshop management and control system under network environment and realizes, the data sharing and integration of information in the workshop. Finally, it elaborates database design and function realization of the workshop management and control system. Through the practical application, it proves that the system can be used to greatly im- prove the efficiency of workshop management and enhance the enterprise market competition ability. The system is of high value to its application and dissemination.
