摘要
在区域经济开发与协调过程中 ,地方主管部门需要综合考虑自然、经济、环境等各种因素。本文介绍了作者为澜沧江下游区域经济开发与协调中考虑旱灾这一灾害因素时所研制的计算机系统。该系统以ArcView为平台 ,以Avenue及VC + +为开发语言 ,运用集成预测模型和神经网络相结合的方法实现了区域旱灾决策支持系统 ,文中详细介绍了系统的设计和采用的相关技术。
In the integrated development and coordination of a region, it is necessary for the local government to think over all factors comprehensively, the nature, economy, environment, and so on. This paper introduces a computer system that is designed for the considerations of drought in the economic development and coordination in the Catchment Area of Lanchang River. The system, based on ArcView GIS software, uses Avenue and VC++ as the programming language and combines the integrated forecast model with the Neural Network (NN) model to realize the Decision Support System (DSS). All details about the design of the system and the relative techniques are introduced in the paper.
