摘要
研究了糊树脂类型、填料类型和用量对PVC糊制品力学性能的影响。结果表明:制备弹性较好的PVC糊制品材料时,宜选用聚合度偏小的微悬浮法糊树脂;随着掺混树脂添加量的增加,PVC糊的拉伸强度和断裂标称应变均下降,弹性明显变差;添加碳酸钙对样品弹性无明显影响,滑石粉对样品的弹性起到恶化作用,添加碳酸钙填料制备的材料弹性比滑石粉的好。
Influence of the type of PVC paste resin and filling on mechanical properties of PVC plastisols was investigated. The results showed that it had better elasticity when using micro-suspension paste resin with low degree of polymerization. With the increase in the amount of blending resin,the elasticity of PVC plastisols decreased. It had no obvious effect on the elasticity of PVC plastisol when adding calcium carbonate,on the contrary,adding talcum powder deteriorated the elasticity. It had better elastic when adding calcium carbonate filler to talcum powder.
