光催化PVC糊的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解

Preparation of Photocatalytic PVC Plastisol and Photocatalytic Degradation of Methylene Blue

摘要 将纳米TiO2加入PVC糊中制备光催化PVC糊,研究不同种类及含量的纳米TiO2、亚甲基蓝溶液的浓度对光催化PVC糊制品光催化性能的影响。实验结果表明:含掺钨改性纳米TiO2的光催化PVC糊降解效果最明显;当纳米TiO2含量为8份时,亚甲基蓝溶液降解率最高;亚甲基蓝溶液的浓度为5 mg/L时,降解效果明显。 Photoeatalytie PVC plastisol was synthesized by the nano-TiO2 and PVC. The effects of the different variety and content of nano-TiO2 , the concentration of methylene blue on the photoeatalytie performance of photoeatalytie PVC plastisol were studied. The results showed that the photoeatalytie activity of Wu-TiO2 was best. When the dosage of nano-TiO2 was 8, the degradation rate of methylene blue was biggest;when the concentration of methylene blue was 5 mg/L,degradation effect was obvious.
