我院门诊药房绩效考核方案及实践 被引量:5

Performance Evaluation Scheme and Practical Experience of It in Outpatient Pharmacy of Our Hospital

摘要 目的:介绍某院门诊药房绩效考核方案及实施效果。方法:从调剂处方量、处方合格率、服务质量、工作纪律等4个方面进行量化绩效考核,统计每位调剂药师月工作量及月到岗工作日,计算1个月内个人日均工作量及整体西药房日均工作量,再结合职称系数计算每位人员绩效奖金;评价该绩效考核方案实施(2011年)前后的差错信息和处方合格率。结果:2010、2011、2012年差错发生数分别为14、11、7件,处方合格率从2011年的月平均76.23%上升至2012年的90.05%;同时员工的工作积极性提高,服务质量增强,药房的工作制度能够有效落实。结论:该绩效考核方案的实施能够有效提高员工工作效率及工作质量。 OBJECTIVE: To introduce the performance evaluation scheme and the effect of it in outpatient pharmacy of our hos- pital. METHODS: The evaluation index of the performance was quantified, such as the amount of dispensing prescription, the qual- ified rate of prescription, service quality and operating discipline. The workday and workload of each pharmacist were calculated statistically every month. Daily workload per capita and daily workload of western medicine pharmacy within 1 month were calculat- ed. The performance bonus of each staff was calculated on the basis of title coefficient. The error and qualified rate of prescriptions were evaluated before and after the implementation of performance evaluation scheme (201t). RESULTS: The number of prescrip- tion error were 14 pieces in 2010, 11 pieces in 2011 and 7 pieces in 2012. The qualified rate of prescription was increased from 76.23% in 2011 to 90.05% in 2012. The activity of each pharmacist and the quality of service were improved, and the working sys- tem of pharmacy was executed effectively. CONCLUSIONS: The performance evaluation scheme can effectively improve the work- ing quality and effciency of pharmacist.
