摘要
目的:建立医院药学部质量目标。方法:基于ISO9001体系,运用目标管理法,分层次建立药学部质量目标。结果:建立了药学部、药品供应中心、自制制剂中心、临床药学中心等各层次质量目标,实现了管理绩效的提升。结论:以目标管理法建立医院药学部质量目标可提高管理绩效。
OBJECTIVE： To establish the quality objectives for the department of pharmacy in our hospital. METHODS： The method of MBO （management by objectives） under SO9001 was adopted to set and establish a hierarchical portfolio of quality objectives for our hospital＇s department of pharmacy. RESULTS： A hierarchical portfolio of quality objectives for our hospital＇ s department of pharmacy has been established respectively for individual department, drug supply center, center of hospital- made preparations, and center for clinical pharmacy. CONCLUSIONS： Establishment of MBO- based quality obJectives for the department of hospital pharmacy can achieve improved management results.
