摘要
利用STM32F407单片机高性能、低成本的特点,结合机器视觉技术,研究设计嵌入式鲜枣机器视觉分级系统。首先通过摄像头获取鲜枣图像,经一系列图像预处理,利用鲜枣轮廓上两点之间最大距离算法测算出鲜枣纵径,实现鲜枣大小分级。结果表明,该检测系统具有分级速度快、结构简易、成本低等优点,在鲜枣品质检测与分级方面具有较高的实用价值。
Using the high performance and low cost feature of STM32F407, combining with the embedded machine vision technology, designed a jujubes embedded machine visual grading system. Firstly, got fresh jujube image by camera, through a series of image preprocessing, and then used the maximum distance between two points on the contour to measure longitudinal diameter. Finally, realize the size-grading. The experimental result showed that the grading system was high-speed, simple-structure and low-cost, and had high practical value in jujube quality detection and classification.
