摘要
目的 探讨超声测量乳腺肿瘤的价值。方法 获得病理诊断的乳腺癌患者 118例 ,于术前分别对肿瘤大小进行超声、临床触诊和X线测量 ,以术后病理测量值为标准 ,比较 3种检查方法的测值与病理测值的相关性。结果 以测量肿瘤最大径为指标 ,超声测值与病理测值相近 (r=0 .92 ) ,优于临床触诊和X线 ;以测量肿瘤体积为指标 ,超声测值与病理测值更相近 (r =0 .98)。结论 超声测量乳腺癌肿瘤大小较临床触诊、X线更为准确 ,可为乳腺癌TNM分期诊断提供依据。
Objective To evaluate the ability of ultrasonography (US) to measure tumor size(T). Methods One hundred and eighteen cases with breast cancer,who were confirmad by pathological diagnosis after operation.All of data were analysed with SAS 6.12 software and the correlation between the measurement value of US of breast tumor and that of pathology were compared with those of clinic and X ray respectively.Results According to the maximum diameter of breast tumor measured by US,the correlation coefficient was 0.92 and closer to that of pathology than clinic and X ray (P< 0.01 ).According to the volume of breast tumor measured by US,the correlation coefficient was 0.98 and even closer to that of pathology.Conclusions US is a reliable procedure for measuring breast tumor size.It provides more precise information to surgeon and allows proper TNM staging and easier therapeutic decisions.
