摘要乳腺癌（carcinoma of breast）是现代女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，在许多发达国家，乳腺癌的发病率占女性恶性肿瘤的首位。根据国际癌症研究中心最新估计，中国女性乳腺癌每年新发病例12．6万，标化发病率18．7／10万；每年死亡病例3．7万，标化病死率5．5／10万，均显著低于世界平均水平。
