摘要
以"链"的方式构建高等职业教育工科类专业的实训教学环节,可以清晰地呈现单一实训环节在实际工作中的地位和作用,易于使学生理解实训内容之间的有机联系,从而达到提升教学效果的目的。实训链的构建应建立在对岗位能力分析的基础上,其关键在于寻找实训内容的载体。
A method of constructing practical training system for engineering major in the form of chain is proposed, which can present the status and the effect of a single practical training project in real working process in a clear way, and make it easy for the students to understand the intrinsic relationship between different training projects. Therefore,the effects of practical training are improved. Training chain construction should be based on job analysis, based on ability, the key is to find training content of the carrier.
