摘要
目的 观察炎喘平合剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)急性加重期患者肺功能的影响。方法 炎喘平合剂雾化吸入，每日 2～ 3次，每次 30min， 7d为 1疗程，并设西药雾化吸入组作为对照。结果 治疗组治疗后 FVC、 FEV1、 FEV1％及 PEFR各指标均有显著性改善 (P0.05)；治疗后两组肺功能变化比较，各项指标均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论炎喘平合剂在 COPD急性加重期的治疗过程中，能明显改善患者的肺功能，具有肯定的辅助治疗作用。
To observe the effect of Yanchuanping(YCP)on pulmonary function in patients with acute stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods:The patients were randomised to inhale YCP or western medicines via a nebulizer 3－ 4 times daily for 7 days. Results:After treatment,FVC,FEV1,FEV1％ and PEFR of YCP group improved markedly(P0.05),there was significant difference in indexes of pulmonary function between two groups(P<0.01),Conclusion:ycp can markedly improve pulmonary function and has an assisted therapeutic effect for COPD
