通用楔形管片作为一种较先进的隧道衬砌形式,在盾构法施工中能够较好地控制隧道掘进轴线和管片成环质量。以上海市上中路隧道工程大型通用楔形管片的应用为例,介绍了通用楔形管片的设计理念和特点,全圆周错缝拼装的施工方法以及施工中控制管片质量的方法。
As a sophisticated tunnel lining type, the universal wedge-shaped segments can do a good job in the control of the axis of the shield-driven tunnel and the quality of the segment ring. Taking the large-scale universal wedge-shaped segments used in Shangzhong Road Tunnel projects in Shanghai as an example, the article presents the design concept and features of the universal wedge-shaped segments, the zigzag segment erection method and the segment erection quality control method .
