摘要
核电站工程建设阶段防腐蚀管理体系首次在工程建设阶段采用分级管理的方式对全厂设备和构筑物进行系统、全面的预防性防腐蚀维修管理。本体系以防腐蚀设计为源头,对设计、制造、建造、安装、调试等各阶段的腐蚀缺陷及隐患进行管理,保障了设备和构筑物的使用状态,防止出现重大的腐蚀失效。
The anti-corrosion management system for construction stage in nuclear power plants uses a hierarchical and comprehensive preventive maintenance method in the construction stage to manage the equipment and structure for the first time. The system takes management of corrosion defects and hazards in design, manufacture, construction, installation and commissioning stages, with anti corrosion design as the source. The using condition of equipment and structure is protected to prevent significant corrosion failure.
