摘要
目的观察并分析纤溶酶治疗突发性聋的临床疗效,为临床提供参考。方法 152例患有突发性聋的患者随机分为2组,对照组76例采用综合治疗方案(泼尼松+右旋糖酐+长春西汀+高压氧),研究组76例在对照组基础上合用纤溶酶进行治疗,并进一步将研究组分为研究1组(老年患者,n=41)和研究2组(非老年患者,n=35)。对比观察对照组与研究组,及研究1组与研究2组的治愈率和总有效率。结果对照组和研究组的治愈率分别为13.2%和40.8%,总有效率分别为68.4%和81.6%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与研究1组比较,研究2组的治愈率和总有效率均更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在常规综合治疗方案基础上合用纤溶酶,能显著提高突发性聋临床治疗的疗效,其中老年患者的疗效相对较差。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of plasmin on sudden hearing loss,and to provide a reference for the clinical treatment.Methods A total of 152patients with sudden hearing loss were randomly divided into two groups,with 76patients in each group.The control group was given comprehensive treatment（prednisone＋dextran＋vinpocetine＋hyperbaric oxygen）.On this basis,the study group was treated with plasmin.In addition,the study group was further divided into study group 1（elderly patients,n=41）and study group 2（non-elderly patients,n=35）.The cure rate and total effective rate were recorded.Results The cure rate and total effective rate were,respectively,13.2%and 68.4%in control group,and 40.8%and 81.6%in study group.The differences were statistically significant between the groups（P＆lt;0.05）.Compared with study group 1,the cure rate and total effective rate significantly increased in study group 2（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Plasmin can significantly improve the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment on sudden hearing loss.However,elderly patients have relatively poor response to plasmin.
