摘要
工程项目的成本管理是项目管理的一个重要方面,一个项目的成败,很大程度上取决于成本管理的好坏,而成本管理在项目实施过程中受到质量、进度、范围、资源等各种要素的直接或是间接的影响。根据系统工程的原理,局部的最优不是最优,只有从全要素角度出发,综合考虑项目的目标,并对工程项目的成本、质量、进度进行集成管理,才能保证项目的顺利进行。
Project cost management is an important aspect of the project management, the success or failure of a project, largely depends on cost management, and the cost management in the process of the project implementation is affected by various elements （the quality, progress, scope, resources, etc.） directly or indirectly.
