摘要
为寻找一种有效的方法来提高工程质量,本文通过对国内外建筑企业质量氛围的相关文献进行综合分析,系统的将质量氛围的有关文献进行了分类整理,基于总结国内外学者对安全氛围、进度氛围的研究以及对氛围研究所采用的方法,总结出适合质量氛围测量量表开发的流程。通过采用文献法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法构建质量氛围故障树模型,然后实际调查收集数据,用SPSS和AMOS软件分析收集来的数据,验证所开发量表的可靠性和有效性。并对企业的质量氛围进行评价,发现其中的不足并给出相关整改建议。以此来提高建筑工程质量。通过对质量氛围在施工管理中研究,为氛围的研究拓宽了领域。
In order to find an effective method to improve the quality of the project, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the relevant literature on the domestic and foreign construction enterprise quality system about the atmosphere of the atmosphere of the literature quality sorting, basic research on safety climate and atmosphere of the progress of scholars at home and abroad as well as the methods used in the study of the atmosphere, find a series of process quality measurement scale development of the atmosphere. By using the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method developed atmosphere quality measurement scale, then the actual survey data collection, analysis of data collected by SPSS and AMOS software development, verify the validity and reliability. And evaluate the progress of the enterprise, find out the deficiencies and give relevant suggestions. The method is used to improve the quality of construction engineering.
