摘要
政府行政机关在西部经济开发中的作用举足轻重 ,行政机关能否以及如何依法行政成为西部经济开发的核心问题。本文对西部经济开发中依法行政的原则、基础以及保障等问题进行了分析和论述。
The government plays an important role in the western economic development, and whether or how the government can administrate legally is the key problem. In this article, the problems about the principles, bases, and guarantee, etc, in western economic development are analyzed and expatiated.
