摘要
西部大开发是我国 2 1世纪前半期经济发展的重大战略 ,西部大开发应充分发挥市场机制的基础性作用 ,政府的定位主要应该是在宏观管理和公共政策的制定、选择和组织实施上。大市场、小政府应该是西部经济开发中运行的模式 。
The west development is important stragety of economy development in the first fifty years-21 century in China.The fundamental functions of market system should be brought into play fully and government should play an important role in macro-management and in formulating,choicing and carrying out public policies.The operating model of government in the west economic exploition should be big market but small government,it's inevitable demand for socialist market economy development.
