摘要
通过对我院2012年1～12月使用吉西他滨的52例住院患者的临床跟踪观察，对其相应的年龄、性别、病理分期、合并用药情况、出现骨髓抑制的临床表现及预后等情况进行整理分析。总结患者使用吉西他滨致骨髓抑制的临床特点，探讨肿瘤科临床药师为患者提供药学服务的切入点。
Clinical observation of 52 cases of hospitalized patients used with gemcitabine during Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2012 in our hospital.Arrange and analysis the related information about age, gender, pathological stage, combined drug use, Clinical manifestations and prognosis of myelosuppression etc. Explore the entry points of pharmacy services provided from oncology clinical pharmacists to patients by use of gemcitabine.Reference to clinical the rational use of gemcitabine.
