摘要
新信息环境下,信息人、信息资源、信息技术、信息政策、信息文化及信息伦理等要素都有明显的时代特点,信息素养的内涵得到拓展。论述了新信息环境及信息素养的内涵,探讨了相应的信息素养标准的建立问题。
In the new information environment,some elements such as the information man,information resources,information technology,information policy,information culture and information ethics have obvious characteristics of the times,and the connotation of information literacy has been extended.This paper discusses the new information environment and the connotation of information literacy,and probes into the establishment of relevant information literacy standards.
