摘要 目的建立中成药十一味抗异散的鉴别和含量测定的方法。方法采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别红花、金银花、牡丹皮.用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果薄层色谱鉴别分离较好、斑点清晰、阴性对照无干扰;盐酸小檗碱在12~180μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率(n=6)为98.57%,RSD=1.28%。结论所采用方法准确、可靠,重复性良好,能有效控制该制剂的质量。 Objective To establish methods for the identification and the content determination of 11-Kangyi-pulvis. Methods TLC was used for the qualitative identification of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, Cortex Moutan and Crocus sativus. HPLC was used to determine the content of berberine. Results TLC spots were clear and well-separated without negative interference. The linear range of berberine was 12-180μg/mL (r = 0.9997) with an average recovery of 98.57% (RSD = 1.28%, n = 6). Conclusion This method is accurate, reliable and feasibility. It can be used for the quality control of the product.
