摘要
目的建立癌痛宁巴布剂中乌头碱的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，采用Kromasil C18柱（4．6mm×250mm），流动相为甲醇-0．2％三乙胺（66：34），测定波长为230nm，流速为1．0mL／min，柱温为30℃。结果乌头碱在0．126-0．630μg的范围内的范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率为97．47％，RSD为1．2％。结论方法简便可行，重现性好．可用于癌痛宁巴布剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Aconitum in Aitongningbabu Plaster. Methods HPLC analytical method was established. The separation was performed on Kromasil C18 column （4.6 mm×250 mm）, the column temperature was 30℃ using methanol -0.2% triethylamine （66：34） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 230 nm. Results The linear range of Aconitum was in the range of 0.126-0.630μg, r = 0.9999, the average recovery rate was 97.47% and RSD was 1.2%, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a quantitative analysis for this preparation.
