棉花新核不育系豫98-8A的创制及遗传分析

摘要 从棉花转BT-CPTI双价抗虫基因后代中选育了核不育种质98-8A,采用表型观察、自交和测交手段,对其植株表型、花器、育性特征及其遗传规律进行了系统分析。花器官形态观察表明,不育株花柱长和花柱外露长度均明显高于同质系的正常可育株,花丝明显萎缩,不育株花药无花粉粒出现,而子房直径及花药数量没有明显差异;对不育株与可育株姊妹交后代及可育株自交后代遗传分析表明,该雄性不育性受隐性单基因控制;等位性检测显示,98-8A的不育基因与已知的473A(ms14/msc1)、1355A(ms2/msc2)、阆A(ms15/msc3)等3个不育基因为非等位基因。不育株与常规多品种杂交分析表明,98-8A的一般配合力与特殊配合力均较高,且衣分高、纤维品质较好,暗示有较好的应用前景。 Phenotype and microscopic observation ,classical self hybridyzation and sib-cross means were applied to analyze the flower phenotypic characteristics ,genetic model,and the allelism for Yu 98-8A line cotton genic male sterile line bred from the offspring population of a genetically modified cotton population .Floral morphology investi-gation showed that ,the length of style and exposed style of sterile plants were significantly higher than that of homoge -neity fertile plants ,filaments shriveled markedly ,and there was no pollen within the anther of sterile plants ,while the diameter of ovary and the number of anthers of each flower had no significant difference .Genetic analysis of hybrid offspring population of sterile and heterozygous fertile plants and the self -cross of fertile heterozygous plants showed that the male sterility was controlled by a single recessive gene .Allelic detection analysis implied that the male sterile gene of Yu 98-8A was different from ms14,ms2 and ms15.Analysis of hybrid offspring population of Yu 98-8A and conventional cultivars showed that not only both of the general and specific combining abilities were higher ,but also the lint percentage and fiber quality were better ,all of which suggested a better application prospect .
