摘要
目的:对川射干和射干异黄酮类成分的含量进行考察。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,对鸢尾苷、鸢尾苷元、鸢尾新苷B和5,7,4'-三羟基-6,3'-二甲氧基异黄酮等四种异黄酮类有效成分进行含量测定。结果:川射干和射干化学成分十分相似,且川射干中异黄酮类成分含量较高。结论:川射干可能具有和射干相似的功效。
Objective: To evaluate the isoflavonoids in the rhizome of Iris tectorum Maxim. and Belamcanda chinensis ( L. ) DC. Method: An HPLC method was applied to determine the contents of tectoridin, tectorigenin, iristectorin B and 5, 7, 4-trihydroxy-6, 3 -dimethoxy isoflavone in Iris tectorum Maxim. and Belamcanda chinensis( L. )DC. Result: The chemical compositions in Iris tectorum Maxim. and Belamcanda chinensis ( L. ) DC were similar and the contents of the four isoflavonoids in the rhizome of Iris tectorum Maxim. were higher than those in Belamcanda chinensis( L. )DC. Conclusion: The effectiveness of Iris tectorum Maxim. is definite with better effect compared with that of Belamcanda chinensis( L. )DC.
