摘要
目的:对川射干和射干异黄酮类成分的含量进行考察。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,对鸢尾苷、鸢尾苷元、鸢尾新苷B和5,7,4'-三羟基-6,3'-二甲氧基异黄酮等四种异黄酮类有效成分进行含量测定。结果:川射干和射干化学成分十分相似,且川射干中异黄酮类成分含量较高。结论:川射干可能具有和射干相似的功效。
Objective： To evaluate the isoflavonoids in the rhizome of Iris tectorum Maxim. and Belamcanda chinensis （ L. ） DC. Method： An HPLC method was applied to determine the contents of tectoridin, tectorigenin, iristectorin B and 5, 7, 4-trihydroxy-6, 3 -dimethoxy isoflavone in Iris tectorum Maxim. and Belamcanda chinensis（ L. ）DC. Result： The chemical compositions in Iris tectorum Maxim. and Belamcanda chinensis （ L. ） DC were similar and the contents of the four isoflavonoids in the rhizome of Iris tectorum Maxim. were higher than those in Belamcanda chinensis（ L. ）DC. Conclusion： The effectiveness of Iris tectorum Maxim. is definite with better effect compared with that of Belamcanda chinensis（ L. ）DC.
