摘要
土地整理是一项综合性的工作,必须建立在测绘工作的基础上技术提高土地整理规划决策的实效性,大幅度地降低财力的投入并进一步提高了测绘技术水平,更好的服务于土地整理工作,并分析了利用新的测绘技术进行土地整理规划的优势,简要介绍了3S技术,提出采用3S技术获取土地整理基础信息的基本技术路线,详细说明了RS,GPS,GIS技术在土地整理调查、成图、规划设计过程中的应用,指出3S技术一体化为提高土地整理规划决策的实效性,大幅度地降低财力的投入提供了新的方法.
Land consolidation is a kind of comprehensive work. On the basis of the work of surveying and mapping, the topographic technology can improve the efficiency of decision on Land consolidation, and also can reduce the financial input. The improvement in the level of surveying and mapping technology can serve the work of land consolidation well. This paper presented the advantage of the new technique application in Land consolidation. The application of 3S technique forms the technical route to acquire the basic information of Land consolidation. The technology of RS, GPS and GIS were applied to the process of investigation, mapping, planning and design. This paper pointed out that the technology integration of 3S was a new method to improve the efficiency of decision on Land consolidation, and to substantially reduce the financial resources.
