摘要
本文首先分析了现行我国土地利用规划体系的形成过程及其存在的一些问题,然后借鉴国内外相关规划体系的经验进行分析研究,通过分析研究,提出了完善我国现行土地利用规划体系的几点原则,在此基础上对我国土地利用规划体系进行优化设计。
In this paper,the formation process and some problems arising in the land use planning system of China are analyzed and discussed. The foreign land use planning system and the domestic correlative planning system are also analyzed and studied. Based on the analysis, an optimized national land use planning system is put forward, and some key points and principles of the implementation of land use planning are proposed.
