摘要
从基源、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、化学成分以及现代鉴别方法、功效主治以及临床应用等方面,对半夏与水半夏进行了对比研究,从而归纳出简单、易行的鉴别方法。同时认为半夏与水半夏因功效主治有明显的差异,故不能作为同一种药物应用。因两者具有相同的燥湿化痰、止咳功效,在临床上就这单一效用可灵活代用,但需注意水半夏的用量。
We made a comparative study of Rhizoma pinellia and Rhizoma typhonii flagelliformis from the origin, character identification, micro- scopic identification, chemical composition and modern identification method, effect and clinical applications, then summed up simple and easy i- dentification methods. At the same time, the effect of the Rhizoma pinellia and Rhizoma typhonii flagellifomais had obvious differences, so they can＇t be used as same drug application. As they had the same efficacy for example eliminating dampness and phlegm, relieving cough, this single utility can be flexibly substituted on clinic, but we should pay attention to the amount of Rhizoma typhonii flagelliformis.
