摘要
用大功率半导体激光器 (LD)连续抽运 Nd:YVO4/KTP激光器 ,实现了声光调 Q绿光输出 ,在注入抽运光功率 6.3 W,重复频率 2 5 k Hz时 ,获得脉冲宽度为 60 ns,平均功率为 1 .76W的绿光输出 ,光 -光转换效率达到 2 7.9% ,绿光单脉冲能量为 70 .4μJ,脉冲峰值功率达到 1 .1 7k W。
High-power CW diode-pumped Nd∶YVO 4/KTP green laser by acousto-optic Q-switching is reported here, when the incident power is 63 W and the pulse repetition rate is 25 kHz, an average output power of 176 W with single pulse width of 60 ns was achieved, giving an optical conversion efficiency of 279%. The peak power of 117 kW and the single pulse energy of 704 μJ have been observed.
