摘要
分析了LD端面泵浦Nd∶YVO4/KTP一体化微型绿光激光器的绿光输出功率随泵浦功率、泵浦束腰斑以及KTP晶体长度的变化关系,并采用掺杂浓度1%Nd∶YVO4和5 mm长的KTP光胶为一体的晶体进行实验研究.
The green miniature laser of all solid-state diode-pump Nd : YVO4/KTP with LD side surfaces has been demonstrated. The numerical calculations of green output power as a function of the pump power, the pump waist and the KTP length are performed. A5 mm long crystal integrated with KTP is adopted in the experiment, which is mixed with 1% impurity Nd : YVO4.
