摘要
目的建立发中砷的微波消解-原子荧光光谱测定法。方法样品经微波消解后,原子荧光光谱法测定。结果:本法标准曲线相关系数为0.9995,相对标准偏差为1.78%-3.33%,回收率范围为94.7%~98.3%。结论:该法准确度、精密度良好、灵敏度高,是简便、快速、实用的测定发中砷的方法。
Objective To establish a microwave digestion -atomic fluorescence spectrometric method for arsenic determination in hair. Methods After the sample was digested by microwave, arsenic was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The correlation coefficient of the method was 0.9995, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.78% - 3.33% and the recovery of 94.7% - 98.3%. Conclusion This method is accurate, sensitive, simple and fast, and it is suitable for determination of arsenic in hair.
