摘要
运用加味补肝汤对 2 0例辨证为肝血虚证的缺铁性贫血 (IDA)患者进行治疗 ,采用放射免疫法 (RIA)对治疗前后血浆精氨酸加压素 (AVP)水平进行测定。结果表明 ,加味补肝汤能显著降低IDA患者血浆AVP水平。提示加味补肝汤是治疗肝血虚证的有效方剂。
Patients with iron deficiency of anemia(IDA)diagnosed as the deficiency of the liver-blood(DLB) were treated by Jiaweibugan(JWBG)decoction.The radioimmunassay(RIA) was used to measure the levels of plasma arginine vasopressin(AVP)of patients pre-treatment and post-treatment.The results showed that JWBG could obviously decrease the levels of plasma AVP of patients with IDA,which suggested that JWBG had therapeutic effects on DLB.
