摘要
简介人红细胞氧耗率的薄膜氧电极检测技术。测得我国12名正常成人红细胞的内源性氧耗率为0.066±0.030(6男)和0.113±0.068μl/(h·mg干重)(6女),明显高于测压法(P<0.01)。12名正常成人红细胞对葡萄糖的利用[氧耗车0.452±0.069μl/(h·mg干重)]与测压法结果相近(P>0.05)。本法具有主观性好、简便和较灸敏的优点。
ulfilling the requirements of blood biochemistry,techniques for estimation of the oxygenconsumption rate in human erythrocytes by thin-membrane oxygen electrode were established.Inthis paper,the constitution,operational procedures and result calculation of the measuring sys-tem are briefly described.The endogenous respiration of erythrocytes in 12 healthy Chineseadults was 0.066±0.030(6 males)and O20.113±0.068μl/(h·mg dry weight)(6 females)respectively,which were significantly higher than those obtained by the manometric method(P<0.01).The utilization of glucose by the erythrocytes of 12 healthy Chinese adults[(oxygenconsumption rates 0.452±0.069μl /(h· mg dry weight)] was very close to the figures ofmanometric method( P >0.05)].Therefore,this method is simple, rapid,considerably sensi-tive and well reproducible(CV=6.73%).
