ICU患者转出过渡护理的研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 重症监护病房（intensive care unit,ICU）承担着危重患者的生命维持、治疗与护理.当患者的病情趋于稳定后,转移至普通病房的过渡期护理安全问题得到越来越多的重视.据学者Wendy和Lukman[1]的研究显示,约30％的患者从ICU转入普通病房后存在护理安全问题.随着现代危重护理学的不断发展,强调护理工作的连续性有效性,将过渡护理落实于ICU转出患者,减少患者重返ICU、保障患者护理安全、增加患者满意度.本文就国内外ICU转出患者过渡护理的研究进展进行综述.
