摘要
目的 :建立高效液相色谱 -蒸发光散射检测法测定爱婴催乳液中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法 :采用AlltechC18(2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 μm)色谱柱 ,流动相 :乙腈 -水 (38∶6 2 ) ,流速 0 85mL·min-1,检测器 :ELSD - 5 0 0。结果 :黄芪甲苷在 2 0 2 6～ 10 13μg范围内呈线性 ,回收率为 99 2 3 % (RSD为 1 6 % ,n =6 )。 结论 :本法具有良好的精密度和重现性 ,结果准确可靠 ,可作为本产品的质量控制方法。
Objective:To develop a method using HPLC-ELSD for determination content of astragloside Ⅳ in Aiyin Cuiru Solution.Methods:Alltech C 18 column (250 mm×4 6 mm,5 μm)was used.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water(38∶62).The flow rate was 0 85 mL·min -1 .An eveaporative light-scattering detector (ELSD) Model 500 was used as detector.Results:The calibration curves were linear within the range of 2 026～10 13 μg( r =0 999 7),the average recovery was 99 23%( RSD =1 6%, n =6).Conclusion:This method is accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of this drug.
